Firstly, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your cancellation so that we can free up the time slot to other customers. Otherwise, it may affect our schedule.
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, we will charge a cancellation fee of £20. Even if you arrive too late for the appointment and cannot receive the service, a £20 cancellation fee will also be charged. We try our best to avoid this situation because we value your time as much as our own.
Lastly, we hope that you do not feel discouraged even if you have to cancel your appointment. We believe that you will visit our salon again and appreciate our attention to details and upbeat atmosphere.
